Thank you so much Pauline for your guidance and expertise when helping us choose some beautiful pieces of art for our new home.We were thrilled with our purchases, and loved the diversity of art and styles which was available at Artbay Gallery. We were also very grateful to Pedro for carefully hanging each piece, some in precarious places! It has really brought our house to life! But mostly, you have been so generous with your time and we loved the personal touch! Megan and David Epper - Kelvin Heights - Queenstown

"Over the past couple of years, I have used Pauline’s services for Art Hire and sourcing pieces for various projects. I found ArtBay to be very professional and helpful. Pauline has a very good eye for picking the right piece of art for a space and as an interior designer I have appreciated her ability to work in with me – this has made my job easier and the end results have been excellent. I would recommend Pauline to anyone wanting that special piece of art for their home or larger jobs that require a more coordinated approach." Julia Foley, Queenstown Interiors Ltd.
"We are happy to recommend the services of Pauline Giles of Artbay. Foster and Burke Design have contracted the services of Pauline on several projects during the last three years. For example we called upon her to specify and provide art as part of a major development, for which Foster and Burke provided design and fit out services. We chose Artbay as our supplier, with more than satisfactory results. Given a brief on the style, quality, framing, and budget of the pieces we were seeking, Pauline came back to us within a remarkably quick timeframe with examples of etchings and photographs for us to choose from. This led to original pieces being commissioned by us through Pauline from amongst the wonderful artists Art bay represents. From there we handed the entire responsibility for procurement to Pauline and her service even extended to the installation of hundreds of pieces. There is no doubt that we and our client received the very best in service. Our brief, budget, and timeframes were all met and we would recommend Artbay to any person considering outsourcing their decorative art requirements" Jean Foster & Stephen Burke - Foster & Burke Design
"Our company, Wensley Developments Ltd, has been developing apartments for over 12 years, earning ongoing accolades for our individual luxury developments in the Otago Area. Within our interior design, the artwork has played a large part in success of interiors remaining sharp, subtle, yet timeless. Having a great piece of art on the walls does say it all, and we feel it has added value to the living spaces we create. We have engaged the services of Pauline Bianchi at Artbay, for art supply, in our last 4 major developments. Pauline has a huge range of artists and has easily been able to source artwork specific to the briefs we have given her. The Artbay service included having initial artwork samples made, then all of the artwork has been specifically commissioned for all the rooms and public spaces. Artbay has then gone on to arrange placement and installation of the art. We have been able to do all of the projects with Pauline without visiting her showroom, in all instances, she has either bought the artwork to us to look at in our offices or home, or taken us through a process of email images from her extensive range & mediums of artwork, all of which has saved us valuable time. We have found Pauline professional and diligent. Her keen eye and attention to detail have been beyond our expectations in all the work she has carried out for us. All of the projects completed by Artbay have been delivered on time and within budget. We have no hesitation in recommending Pauline, and will use Artbay again for future work." Julie Jack - Managing Director - Wensley Developments.
"Pauline Bianchi of Artbay has asked us to provide a recommendation and it is our pleasure to do so. We engaged Pauline to develop an Art collection for Otahuna Lodge in spring 2006, following our purchase of the Lodge and during a major interior renovation. We briefed her that the collection was to be comprised exclusively of the works of Kiwi artists with a range of styles from traditional to modern and primarily in 2 dimensional pieces. Pauline was responsible for the commissioning, framing and installation of approximately 35 pieces of art, and the framing and installation of approximately 40 additional historical photographs. She worked diligently with us to stay within our allocated budget and a very strict timeline. I am still amazed that Pauline was able to carry out such an effortless job in so little time – a process that involved commissioning 4 or 5 major pieces from some of New Zealand’s most prominent artists, often bucking prescribed leadtimes. We have no hesitations in recommending Artbay and would be happy to provide a quick tour of Otahuna Lodge in person so that you may see the collection for yourself. Please do not hesitate to be in touch should you have any questions as we would be happy to vouch for Pauline in person." Miles Refo & Hall Cannon, Directors, Otahuna Lodge, 03 329 6333
