Shipping

International & domestic shipping: We use a door to door DHL Gold delivery service.
National shipping: we use Courier Post for our National deliveries.

All paintings are fully insured for shipping and that cost is covered by us.

We extend our excellent shipping rates to our International clients, all shipping charges are calculated automatically on each artwork, once you are within the shopping cart.

Expected delivery time Nationally: 7-14 working days.
Expected delivery time Internationally: 2-3 weeks (please allow for extended delivery times in the current international shipping climate).

Local taxes and/or customs/import fees are your responsibility.

To return your product, you should wait for the prepaid courier label to be emailed to you.

Artbay Gallery will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
Original Shipping costs are non-refundable.
